Fee Structure
$5 per item listed — seller keeps 100%
All sales final, no warranties/guarantees
Safety Pre-Certification (optional)
$25 per item (Compound or Crossbow)
Ensures gear is safe, functional, and festival approved
Drop-Off Times
Friday
12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Saturday
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
No late additions after Saturday at noon
Pickup Rules
- Unsold items must be picked up by Sunday at 5:00 PM
- Items left beyond deadline may be donated discarded or resold
Safety & Security
- All items tagged and secured
- Staff only removes items
- Payment required before pickup
- No holds or reservations
