    Your custom string is handcrafted in-house and built to order. Bring your bow to our Tech Center for professional installation and tuning, or have it installed by your trusted local pro shop.

Every string we build is covered by our manufacturer's warranty — because we stand behind our work. If your string fails due to a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right. Period.

What's covered: Strand separation or failure under normal use, serving issues from the build, material defects.

What's not covered: Dry firing (this will void any warranty — on any string, from any maker), physical damage from improper installation or use, normal wear over time.
