Into The Wild is a weekend-long outdoor adventure festival centered around 3D archery, fishing, camping, outdoor vendors, family activities, seminars, entertainment, fishing, and outdoor lifestyle experiences.

Is this event family friendly?
Absolutely. We welcome archers, outdoor enthusiasts, and families of all experience levels.
Is this an all-inclusive event?
Yes. Your ticket includes access to:

Tickets & Registration
Should I purchase tickets in advance?
Yes, advanced ticket purchase is strongly encouraged. Prices go up at the door!
Do ticket prices increase at the gate?
Yes. All ticket pricing increases at the door! Preregistration of tickets strongly encouraged.
Can I buy tickets at the gate?
If capacity allows, yes. However, pre-registration is highly recommended.
Are tickets refundable?
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by event management.
Camping & Lodging
Is camping available?
Yes. Camping and lodging options are available directly through Roscoe Mountain Club.

Are campfires allowed?
Only in designated approved areas and subject to local fire conditions and venue rules.
Are generators allowed?
Yes, but quiet hours must be respected.
Are RVs or campers allowed?
Yes, within designated camping areas.
Archery & Course Questions
How many archery courses will there be?
There will be at least four (4) 3D archery courses featuring 100+ targets
Is there a beginner-friendly course?
Yes. A dedicated beginner course will be available specifically designed for newer shooters and families.
Can beginners participate?
Absolutely. Courses are designed for a wide range of skill levels.
Is there a practice range?
Yes. A dedicated practice range will be available.
Can I shoot multiple courses?
Yes. Attendees may shoot any course at any time during the day, no scheduling required.
Are broadheads allowed?
No broadheads permitted on any courses or practice ranges.
Are rangefinders allowed?
Yes, unless otherwise stated for specific novelty or competition shoots.
Will rental equipment be available?
Yes. Rental equipment will be available for:
- Archery equipment
- Fishing equipment
Rental equipment is available for an additional fee.
Money Shoot & Novelty Events
Is the Money Shoot included with admission?
No. The Money Shoot is an optional premium competition and requires a separate entry fee.
Are novelty shoots included?
Some novelty activities may require additional entry or participation fees.
Will raffles and giveaways be available?
Yes. Raffles, giveaways, and sponsor prizes will be available throughout the weekend.
Fishing & Outdoor Activities
Can attendees fish on-site?
Yes. Fishing will be available in designated areas.
Is fishing catch and release only?
Yes. All fishing during the event is catch and release only.
Do I need a fishing license?
Yes. Anyone planning to fish must possess a valid New York State fishing license.

Safety & Event Rules
Are dogs allowed?
No dogs or pets permitted unless they are certified service animals.
Are firearms allowed?
No unauthorized firearms or weapons permitted on event grounds.
Are ATVs, dirt bikes, or personal vehicles allowed on courses?
No personal motorized vehicles permitted on the courses unless authorized by event staff.
Is alcohol allowed?
Alcohol policies will follow Roscoe Mountain Club regulations. Please drink responsibly.
What happens in bad weather?
The event is rain or shine unless severe weather creates unsafe conditions.
Are there medical or emergency services on-site?
Yes. Emergency procedures and event staff will be available throughout the weekend.
Can I bring my own targets or setup areas?
No unauthorized course modifications or personal target setups allowed.
Sponsorship Questions
Are product donations accepted?
Absolutely. Product giveaways, raffle prizes, and in-kind sponsorships are encouraged.
Can sponsorship packages be customized?
Yes. We offer flexible partnership opportunities based on business goals and product support.
How do I become a sponsor?
All sponsorship opportunities and agreements are available online or by contacting event staff directly.
Vendor Questions
How do vendors register?
All vendor registration and agreements are completed online
Can vendors vend for one day only?
Yes. Vendors may choose to vend for one day or the full weekend for the same price.
What does a vendor space include?
One (1) 10x10 vendor space
Two vendor passes and the oppurtunity to shoot the 3D courses after 2:00pm daily
Access to vend during the entire event weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
Can food vendors apply?
Yes, but food vendor spaces may be limited and subject to approval. Please complete the vendor agreement and contact event staff for more details.
Can vendors purchase additional booth space?
Yes. Additional 10x10 spaces are available.
Is power available for vendors?
Limited power availability may be available. Contact event staff in advance for details.
