INTO THE WILD 2026

PARTICIPANT WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE OF LIABILITY & MEDIA RELEASE

Event Dates: July 11–12, 2026

Event Location: Roscoe Mountain Club – 100 Fairway View Drive, Roscoe, NY 12776

This agreement must be completed by all participants. A parent or legal guardian must complete this agreement for any participant under the age of 18.

By participating in Into The Wild 2026, hosted by All Things Accuracy LLC at Roscoe Mountain Club, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

I agree to follow all posted rules, safety guidelines, verbal instructions, and event procedures provided by All Things Accuracy LLC, Roscoe Mountain Club, event staff, instructors, volunteers, vendors, and affiliates.

I understand that unsafe behavior, reckless conduct, intoxication, failure to follow instructions, or misuse of equipment may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that I am responsible for my own conduct and safety throughout the event.

2. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS

I understand that Into The Wild 2026 is an outdoor recreation and adventure event involving inherent and unavoidable risks.

Activities may include, but are not limited to:

  • 3D Archery
  • Archery practice and shooting ranges
  • Hiking and walking on uneven terrain
  • E-bike riding and mountain trails
  • Fishing and lake access
  • Ax throwing
  • Vendor village and public gathering areas
  • Educational seminars and demonstrations
  • Live music, DJs, dancing, and nighttime activities
  • Family and youth programming

I understand these activities may involve risks including, but not limited to:

  • Falls
  • Slips
  • Collisions
  • Equipment malfunction
  • Flying arrows or projectiles
  • Wildlife encounters
  • Insect bites
  • Exposure to weather and environmental conditions
  • Water hazards
  • Fire hazards
  • Acts of other participants
  • Negligence of myself or others

I understand that participation may result in serious injury, illness, permanent disability, property damage, or death.

I knowingly and voluntarily assume ALL risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown.

3. EQUIPMENT USE & RESPONSIBILITY

If I use, rent, borrow, or operate any equipment provided by All Things Accuracy LLC, Roscoe Mountain Club, vendors, or affiliates, I agree to use such equipment responsibly and only as intended.

I accept full financial responsibility for any damage, loss, theft, or misuse of rented or borrowed equipment caused by my actions or negligence.

4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:

  • All Things Accuracy LLC
  • Roscoe Mountain Club
  • Property owners
  • Event organizers
  • Sponsors
  • Vendors
  • Volunteers
  • Instructors
  • Staff members
  • Contractors
  • Affiliates
  • Representatives and agents

(collectively referred to as the "Released Parties")

from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, losses, attorney fees, expenses, or causes of action arising from or related to my participation in Into The Wild 2026.

This release includes claims arising from NEGLIGENCE of the Released Parties.

I understand that I am participating entirely at my own risk.

5. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

In the event of injury, illness, or emergency, I authorize emergency medical treatment deemed necessary by qualified medical personnel.

I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of participation in this event.

6. MEDIA RELEASE

I grant All Things Accuracy LLC, Roscoe Mountain Club, event sponsors, promotional partners, and media representatives the irrevocable right to photograph, video record, livestream, or otherwise capture my likeness during the event.

I authorize use of these materials for promotional, advertising, marketing, social media, and commercial purposes without compensation or additional approval.

7. CAMPING, VEHICLES & PERSONAL PROPERTY

I understand that camping, parking, and outdoor recreation involve additional risks.

The Released Parties are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen property
  • Vehicle damage
  • Weather-related damage
  • Personal property loss
  • Injuries occurring in parking or camping areas

I accept full responsibility for securing my belongings and operating any personal vehicles or recreational equipment safely.

8. MINOR PARTICIPANTS

If signing on behalf of a minor participant, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant and have authority to execute this agreement on their behalf.

I understand and agree that all terms of this waiver apply fully to the minor participant.

9. SEVERABILITY & GOVERNING LAW

I understand this agreement is legally binding.

If any portion of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

This agreement shall be governed under the laws of the State of New York.

10. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BY PURCHASING TICKETS, ATTENDING, OR PARTICIPATING INTO THE WILD 2026, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

  • I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT IN FULL
  • I UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS
  • I UNDERSTAND I AM WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS
  • I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATION
  • I AGREE TO THIS WAIVER FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY

DIGITAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By checking the required waiver acknowledgment box during ticket purchase, I electronically agree to the terms of this waiver and release of liability.
