GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase with proof of receipt and in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
All returns require:
• Original receipt or order confirmation
• Items in new, unused, and resalable condition
• Original packaging and tags attached
• Return authorization (for online/shipped orders)

IN-STORE PURCHASES
Returns: 30 days from date of purchase
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Refund will be issued to original payment method
• Store credit available for returns without receipt
Exchanges: Accepted within 30 days
• Defective items will be exchanged immediately
• Size/color exchanges subject to availability
• No additional charge for even exchanges

ONLINE ORDERS & SHIPPED ITEMS
Return Window: 30 days from delivery date
Return Process:
1. Contact us at allthingsaccuracy@gmail.com or 845-650-1354 to request return authorization
2. Package item securely in original packaging
3. Ship to: 25 Sullivan Ave Suite 1 Liberty, NY 12754
4. Include copy of receipt/packing slip and reason for return
Shipping Costs:
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective or we made an error
• We recommend insured shipping with tracking
• All Things Accuracy is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit
Refunds:
• Processed within 7-10 business days of receiving returned item
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective items or our error)
• Refund issued to original payment method
• Restocking fee of 15% may apply to special orders or custom items

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• ALL BOWS - All bow sales are final (new, used, or demo)
• Custom-built arrows
• Custom string and cable sets (custom colors or specifications)
• Ammunition and targets that have been used
• Clearance or sale items marked "Final Sale"
• Event tickets and league registrations
• Gift cards
• Personal protective equipment that has been opened or used
• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
• Hygiene items (release aids that have been used, etc.)

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Defective or Damaged Items:
• Must be reported within 7 days of receipt
• We will replace or refund at no cost to customer, including return shipping
• Photos of damage may be requested
Wrong Item Shipped:
• Contact us immediately
• We will send correct item and provide prepaid return label for incorrect item
Manufacturer Warranty:
• Many products carry manufacturer warranties
• Warranty claims should be directed to manufacturer
• We will assist with warranty process when possible

EVENT TICKETS & LEAGUE REGISTRATIONS
All ticket sales and league registrations are FINAL SALE and non-refundable.
Exceptions:
• Event cancellation by All Things Accuracy (full refund issued)
• Medical emergencies (store credit may be issued at management discretion with documentation)
• Transfers to another participant may be allowed with advance notice and approval
Weather-related event postponements: Tickets will be honored for rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued.

ARCHERY EQUIPMENT - SPECIAL NOTES
Bows:
• ALL BOW SALES ARE FINAL - no returns or exchanges on any bows (new, used, or demo)
• This policy applies to all bows regardless of condition or price
• We encourage customers to thoroughly test and evaluate bows before purchase
• Manufacturer warranty (if applicable) still applies - warranty claims handled through manufacturer
Service Work:
• All service work is guaranteed for 30 days
• Labor charges are non-refundable
• Parts installed during service may be returned if unused and in original condition
Arrows:
• Pre-built arrows can be returned if unused and in original packaging
• Custom arrow builds are non-returnable
Strings & Cables:
• Stock strings can be returned if unused and in original packaging
• Custom string/cable sets are non-returnable

EXCHANGES
Even exchanges (same item, different size/color):
• No additional charge
• Subject to availability
• Must be within 30-day return window
Exchange for different item:
• Original item must qualify for return
• Price difference will be charged or refunded as applicable

STORE CREDIT
Store credit may be issued for:
• Returns without receipt (at current selling price)
• Items outside return window (at manager discretion)
• Final sale items with defects (at manager discretion)
Store credit:
• Valid for 1 year from issue date
• Can be used for any in-store or online purchase
• Non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash

REFUND PROCESSING
In-Store Purchases:
• Immediate refund to original payment method
• Cash purchases over $50 will be refunded by check within 7-10 business days
Online/Shipped Orders:
• Refund processed within 7-10 business days of receiving return
• Original shipping charges non-refundable (except defective items or our error)
• Refund will appear on credit card statement within 2-3 billing cycles
